These Terms of Service describe the rules for using the Mamlio website and Mamlio speaking-practice services. By accessing or using Mamlio, you agree to these terms.

Mamlio is an AI speaking-practice app being prepared for Android launch. Some service details may change before public release.

Mamlio is intended to help learners practice speaking through guided exercises such as shadowing, sentence loops, and pronunciation feedback. You agree to use Mamlio only for lawful personal learning purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.

We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the website or app as development continues.

Mamlio may offer early access or waitlist sign-ups before general availability. Early access does not guarantee immediate availability, specific features, or a fixed launch date.

Features, supported languages, and device availability may change during development and testing.

Mamlio may use your microphone to provide speaking and pronunciation feedback. Feedback provided by Mamlio is for learning support and may not always be perfect.

Speaking practice results can vary based on pronunciation, environment, device quality, and other factors outside our control.

Mamlio is designed to support speaking practice, but we do not guarantee fluency, test results, or specific learning outcomes. Progress depends on your effort, consistency, and individual learning context.

Mamlio does not replace teachers, tutors, formal classes, or professional language assessment.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate waitlist information when you choose to submit it.
• Using Mamlio in environments where speaking practice is appropriate and safe.
• Managing device permissions, including microphone access, on your own device.
• Not misusing the service, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with normal operation.

If you join the waitlist, you agree to provide contact information that you are authorized to use. Waitlist sign-up does not create a contract for immediate access to the app.

We may send launch-related messages connected to your waitlist sign-up. You should not submit payment information through the waitlist form.

Some app features may rely on third-party services to process speech, provide feedback, host the website, or handle waitlist submissions. Your use of Mamlio may involve services operated by third parties subject to their own terms and policies.

We do not name specific providers here because service choices may change before launch.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Mamlio at any time, including website content, app features, waitlist processes, or supported languages. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When terms change, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
